摘　　要：医院档案信息化建设是我国医疗行业发展的必然趋势,随着医疗行业的发展,医院档案的重要性日益凸显,其不仅记录了患者的医疗过程,还反映了医院的医疗水平和服务质量。文章通过文献分析法、案例分析法和实地调查法,首先对医院档案信息化建设的现状进行了调研,并分析存在的问题及产生的原因;然后从重视数据安全和隐私保护、注重数据共享和利用、向智能化、网络化、一体化发展3个方面探讨了发展趋势。The informatization construction of hospital archives is an inevitable trend in the development of China’s healthcare industry.With the advancement of the medical sector,the importance of hospital archives has become increasingly prominent.They not only record the medical processes of patients but also reflect the medical standards and service quality of hospitals.This paper investigates the current status of hospital archive informatization through literature analysis,case studies,and field surveys,identifying existing problems and their causes.It further explores the development trends in three aspects:emphasizing data security and privacy protection,focusing on data sharing and utilization,and moving towards intelligent,networked,and integrated development.These trends are expected to enhance the efficiency and security of hospital archive management while supporting the high-quality development of healthcare services.
