摘　　要：随着信息时代的发展,大数据技术不断融入各行各业,给企业人事档案信息化建设提供了可靠的技术保障。文章基于大数据发展的背景,对企业人事档案信息化建设的重要性进行了阐述,从数据安全原则、标准化原则、实用性原则、可扩展性原则、用户友好原则5个角度梳理了企业人事档案信息化建设的基本原则,并从数据整合技术、数据挖掘技术、数据可视化技术、数据共享技术、数据安全与隐私保护技术5个方面提出了建议措施。With the development of the information age,big data technology has been increasingly integrated into various industries,providing reliable technical support for the informatization construction of enterprise personnel files.This paper discusses the importance of informatization construction of enterprise personnel files in the context of big data development.It outlines the basic principles of informatization construction from five perspectives:data security,standardization,practicality,scalability,and user-friendliness.Additionally,it proposes measures and suggestions in five areas:data integration technology,data mining technology,data visualization technology,data sharing technology,and data security and privacy protection.
