摘 要:贯通培养项目作为职业教育改革的重要举措,强调高素质技术技能人才培养的连续性,对高职院校基层教学组织提出了新的挑战与要求。分析了高职院校基层教学组织的内涵、贯通培养项目的现状,指出当前高职院校基层教学组织建设存在的问题,并从完善组织架构与运行机制、强化教学资源整合与共享、优化评价机制三个方面,提出了针对性的建设策略,为高职院校基层教学组织在贯通培养项目中的有效运作提供参考。As a significant initiative in vocational education reform,the through-training program emphasizes the continuity of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,posing new challenges and requirements for grassroots teaching organizations in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the connotation of grassroots teaching organizations in higher vocational colleges and the current status of through-training programs,points out the existing problems in the construction of grassroots teaching organizations in higher vocational colleges,and proposes targeted construction strategies from three aspects of improving organizational structure and operational mechanism,strengthening the integration and sharing of teaching resources,and optimizing the evaluation mechanism.These strategies provide references for the effective operation of grassroots teaching organizations in higher vocational colleges within the through-training programs.
