继续教育教学设计与学习有效性管理策略研究

摘　　要：当前,继续教育尚存在诸多问题需要加以解决。在教学层面,针对教学设计与学习有效性管理等问题进行了研究,提出了继续教育教学设计应遵循的原则和学习资源开发的具体方法,以及网络学习与面授学习的有效性管理策略等,以期提高继续教育的教学质量。Currently,there are numerous issues in continuing education that need to be resolved.In the realm of teaching,this paper primarily focuses on problems of teaching design and the management of learning effectiveness,and puts forward the principles that should be followed in the teaching design of continuing education,and the specific methods of learning resources development,as well as the effectiveness management strategies both of online and face-to-face learning,so as to enhance the teaching quality of continuing education.
