摘　　要：在“明体”上,习近平文化思想明晰了马克思主义文化理论的内在本质、主要特征、客观规律与全球视野,实现了对马克思主义文化理论在认识上的发展。在“达用”上,习近平文化思想明确了马克思主义文化理论现代传承发展的重要定位、基本原则、目标任务与有效路径,实现了对马克思主义文化理论在运用上的发展。在“体用贯通”上,习近平文化思想以“两个结合”“坚持以人民为中心”“九个坚持”“十四个强调”“七个着力”等为视角,将中华优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展,实现了中国共产党的根本宗旨和新时代文化建设的基本规律与马克思主义文化理论相贯通。In the realm of"clarifying essence",Xi Jinping's cultural thought has elucidated the intrinsic nature,defining characteristics,objective laws,and global vision of Marxist cultural theory,thereby advancing its epistemological development.In the domain of"actualizing application",Xi Jinping's cultural thought has defined the strategic positioning,fundamental principles,core objectives,and pragmatic pathways for the modern inheritance and evolution of Marxist cultural theory,achieving progress in its practical implementation.Regarding"integrating essence and application",Xi Jinping's cultural thought,through frameworks such as the"Two Integrations","people-centered philosophy","Nine Principles","Fourteen Emphases",and"Seven Focus Areas",has pioneered the creative transformation and innovative development of China's outstanding traditional culture.This integration harmonizes the CPC's fundamental tenets and the foundational principles of cultural development in the new era with Marxist cultural theory,establishing a cohesive theoretical continuum.
