长征视野下中央苏区赣南省的历史考察

摘　　要：第五次反“围剿”受挫,苏维埃政权面临严峻考验。经共产国际批复,中共中央做出主力红军战略转移决定,在行政准备上设立赣南省。依托政权建设形成规范和现实创建基础,1934年7月,赣南省正式成立,组织机构在短期内形成体系。长征起始阶段,赣南省各组织机构积极开展了扩红突击、筹备物资、搭建浮桥等准备工作,并在红军集结突围时提供了广泛支援。主力红军长征后,赣南省党政军群投入到保卫苏区反“清剿”和保存有生力量的游击斗争中,并最终在突围中解体。作为苏区政权建设的重要内容,赣南省是党领导人民群众艰苦探索的重要实践基地,保障了红军战略转移顺利进行,奠定了赣粤边游击战争的重要基础,在中央苏区史和中国革命史上占有重要地位。The fifth anti encirclement campaign suffered a setback,and the Soviet regime faced a severe test.With the approval of the Communist International,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made a strategic decision to transfer the main force of the Red Army and established Gannan Province in terms of administrative preparation.Based on the previous political construction and the establishment of norms and practical foundations,Gannan Province was officially established in July 1934,and the organizational structure also formed a system in a short period of time.At the beginning of the Long March,Gannan Province actively carried out preparations such as expanding the Red Army,preparing materials,and building floating bridges,and provided extensive support during the Red Army's breakout.After the main force of the Long March,Gannan Province devoted itself to the guerrilla struggle of defending the Soviet area against the"clearance and suppression"and preserving the living forces,and ultimately disintegrated in the breakout.As an important part of the construction of the Soviet regime,Gannan Province is undoubtedly an important practical base for the Party to lead the people in arduous exploration.Its establishment ensured the smooth progress of strategic transfer and laid an important foundation for guerrilla warfare in the Jiangxi Guangdong border area,occupying an important position in the history of the Central Soviet Area and the Chinese Revolution.
