摘　　要：中央苏区存在党员的纪律意识薄弱、党纪的执行出现偏差等少数不良现象,所以运用恰当的教育手段,引导党员自觉遵守党纪很有必要。中央苏区开展党纪教育的主要措施有:加强党纪学习,夯实思想基石,形式如召开会议、举办训练班、开展批评与自我批评;在政治纪律、组织纪律、廉洁纪律等方面,严明党纪党规,强化制度约束;严惩违纪之举,肃整纲纪之风,如颁布关于违纪惩罚的规定、处理与披露典型违纪案例。新时代的党纪教育要继续完善党纪党规的制度建设,树立“教育为主,惩罚为辅”的基本方针,创新党纪教育的方式方法,健全党纪教育的常态化机制。In the Central Soviet Area,there are a few undesirable phenomena such as the weak sense of discipline of party members and the deviation of the implementation of party discipline,so it is necessary to use appropriate educational means to guide party members to consciously abide by Party discipline.The main measures to carry out party discipline education in the Central Soviet Area include:strengthening the study of party discipline and consolidating the ideological foundation,such as holding meetings,holding training classes,carrying out criticism and self-criticism;In the areas of political discipline,organizational discipline,and integrity discipline,we will strictly enforce Party discipline and Party rules and strengthen institutional constraints;Severely punish violations of discipline,and improve the discipline style,such as promulgating regulations on punishment for violations of discipline,handling and disclosing typical cases of violations of discipline.Party discipline education in the new era should continue to improve the system construction of Party discipline and Party regulations,establish the basic policy of"education first,punishment as a supplement",innovate the ways and methods of Party discipline education,and improve the normalization mechanism of Party discipline education.
