摘　　要：新时代的大学体育文化发展面临新的机遇,肩负新使命和新任务,因此要准确把握其内涵实质,从物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化四个层面精准施策,推进大学体育文化高质量发展.同时,应该不断完善体育政策法规、制度建设,为大学体育文化建设提供强力支撑.The development of university sports culture in the new era is facing new opportunities,shouldering new missions and tasks.Therefore,it is necessary to accurately grasp its essence and implement precise policies from four levels:material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture,and spiritual culture,in order to promote the high-quality development of university sports culture.At the same time,we should continuously improve sports policies,regulations,and institutional construction to provide strong support for the construction of university sports culture.
