摘　　要：欧洲启蒙运动是一场智识革命。启蒙思想家在不断变化的知识潮流中,认识到世界其他民族精神和文化的价值,并将之作为思想启蒙的重要资源。儒家学说作为新的文明动力被引入欧洲,参与欧洲公众的启蒙对话。中国戏曲体现了世俗化的儒家思想,因而作为人类学、民族志、风俗志文本,被启蒙运动思想家输入和改编。中国戏曲成为诠释儒家思想、承载知识话语和进行思想启蒙的有效工具。围绕着儒家文化对于欧洲文明的启示作用,欧洲戏剧界一时间兴起了“中国风”,尤以法国、意大利为盛。启蒙思想家超越国家界限,吸收其他民族的优秀文化,体现了世界主义的理念以及人类追求进步和改善自我的信念。这也是启蒙运动为什么依然重要,在当今有必要重提的原因。The European Enlightenment was an intellectual revolution.In the constantly-changing knowledge trends,European Enlightenment thinkers gradually recognized the value of the spirits and cultures of other nations and regarded them as important resources for intellectual enlightenment.Confucianism was introduced into Europe as a new impetus of civilization and participated in the enlightenment dialogue of the European public.Chinese opera embodies secularized Confucianism and is therefore regarded as anthropological,ethnographic and folkloric texts.During the Enlightenment period,it received a large number of translations and adaptations and became an effective tool for interpreting Confucianism,conveying knowledge discourse and conducting ideological enlighten-ment.The enlightening role of Confucian culture in European civilization led to the emergence of"Chinoiserie"in the European theater stages,especially in France and Italy.Enlightenment thinkers transcended national boundaries and absorbed excellent cultures from other nations,embodying the ideas of cosmopolitanism and the belief in human pursuit of progress and self-improvement.This is also why the Enlightenment movement remains important and necessary to revisit today.
