摘  要:在供水厂的运行与管理中,供水厂应优先采用经济有效的排泥水达标排放技术,特别是在滤池反冲洗水直接回用的情况下,需要关注水质安全,尤其是溶解性有机物、微生物和金属指标的富集问题。本文针对水库水源自来水厂的排泥水处理工艺设计展开分析,基于排泥水的相关特性,总结提出了以排水排泥池、机械浓缩及机械脱水系统为主体的排泥水处理工艺和相应的设计要点,对于水厂排泥水处理工艺的设计具有一定的参考价值。In the operation and management of water treatment plants,it is essential to prioritize economically effective sludge water treatment technologies that meet discharge standards.This is especially important when considering the direct reuse of backwash water from filters,where water quality safety must be ensured,particularly regarding the accumulation of dissolved organic matter,microorganisms,and metal indicators.This paper analyzes the design of sludge water treatment processes for reservoir-sourced water treatment plants.Based on the characteristics of sludge water,it proposes a treatment process and corresponding design points centered on drainage and sludge ponds,mechanical thickening,and mechanical dewatering systems.These findings offer valuable references for designing sludge water treatment processes in water treatment plants.
