摘　　要：在全球环境问题日趋严重、可持续发展思想深入人心的背景下,我国建筑业正逐步走上绿色发展之路。因此,选用合适的建材就成了绿色建筑的重要环节。合理的选材不但可以有效地减少建筑物的环境足迹,而且会对建设工程的造价产生深刻的影响。因此,在绿色建筑思想指导下,科学地选用建材,优化施工造价,是建筑业迫切需要解决的问题。本文对绿色建筑理念下建材选用与施工造价的关系进行了分析,并提出了优化选材和造价管理的策略。Against the backdrop of increasing global environmental issues and the widespread acceptance of sustainable development,China's construction industry is gradually moving towards a green development path.Therefore,the selection of appropriate building materials has become an important aspect of green building.Rational material selection not only effectively reduces the environmental footprint of buildings but also has a profound impact on construction costs.Under the guidance of green building concepts,scientifically selecting building materials and optimizing construction costs is an urgent issue that needs to be addressed in the construction industry.This paper analyzes the relationship between material selection and construction costs under the green building concept and proposes strategies for optimizing material selection and cost management.
