摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展,建筑工程管理领域正经历着深刻的变革。本文旨在探讨基于信息化平台的建筑工程进度管理的应用与效果,通过分析信息化在工程进度管理中的优势、现存问题以及实施策略,提出一套科学合理的进度管理体系。研究表明,信息化平台的应用能够显著提升工程进度管理的效率与精度,为建筑企业的可持续发展提供有力支持。With the rapid development of information technology,the field of construction project management is undergoing profound changes.This paper aims to explore the application and effectiveness of construction project schedule management based on informationization platforms.By analyzing the advantages of informationization in schedule management,existing issues,and implementation strategies,a scientific and rational schedule management system is proposed.The study indicates that the application of informationization platforms can significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of schedule management,providing strong support for the sustainable development of construction companies.
