摘　　要：工民建筑涉及的技术和管理措施在保证建筑质量与经济效益方面起着至关重要的作用。本文从技术实施和管理策略两个角度对工民建筑的施工进行了系统分析。在技术方面,详细探讨了保温技术、注浆技术与防水技术等关键施工技术的应用与优化。在管理措施方面,强调了原材料控制、质量审查及施工过程监管的重要性。这些措施不仅增强了工程的结构完整性,也优化了成本效益,对提升整体建筑行业的质量标准具有示范作用。The technologies and management measures involved in civil engineering and architecture play a crucial role in ensuring construction quality and economic benefits.This paper systematically analyzes the construction of civil engineering and architecture from two perspectives:technology implementation and management strategies.In terms of technology,the application and optimization of key construction technologies such as thermal insulation,grouting,and waterproofing are discussed in detail.Regarding management measures,the importance of raw material control,quality review,and construction process supervision is emphasized.These measures not only enhance the structural integrity of the project but also optimize cost-effectiveness,serving as a model for improving quality standards in the construction industry.
