摘　　要：以建筑工程作为研究对象,着重探究了建筑工程造价超预算现象。采取理论分析方式,率先分析了造价预算控制的重要性,探讨了造价超预算的主要原因为市场频繁变化、体制不完善、人员专业素质偏低、设计变更,指出了控制造价超预算现象的有效措施,分别对市场信息进行深入预测、完善造价预算管理体制、提高人员素质与能力、严控工程设计变更,以期为同类型项目提供参考与借鉴。Taking construction engineering as the research object,this study focuses on exploring the phenomenon of construction project cost exceeding the budget.By adopting a theoretical analysis approach,the importance of cost budget control was first analyzed,and the main reasons for cost overruns were explored as frequent market changes,imperfect systems,low professional quality of personnel,and design changes.Effective measures to control the phenomenon of cost overruns were pointed out,including in-depth prediction of market information,improvement of cost budget management system,enhancement of personnel quality and ability,and strict control of engineering design changes,in order to provide reference and inspiration for similar projects.
