摘 要:大型建筑项目因其本身的复杂性,对进度管理提出了极高的要求。本文旨在探讨如何通过科学有效的方法提升进度管理的效率和精准性,以应对现代建筑项目中常见的工期延误、资源浪费等问题,进而保障项目的整体质量和效益。本文结合文献分析与案例研究,通过对国内外典型建筑项目的进度管理实践进行梳理和比较,归纳出了一系列行之有效的管理策略。研究表明,进度管理不是固定不变的流程,而是一个动态调整的过程,只有在具体项目中针对性地应用这些方法,才能实现理想的管理效果。Large-scale construction projects,due to their inherent complexity,pose extremely high demands on schedule management.This paper aims to explore how to enhance the efficiency and precision of schedule management through scientific and effective methods to address common issues such as project delays and resource wastage in modern construction projects,thereby ensuring the overall quality and benefits of the project.Combining literature analysis and case studies,this paper reviews and compares the schedule management practices of typical domestic and international construction projects,summarizing a series of effective management strategies.The study indicates that schedule management is not a static process but a dynamic adjustment.Only by applying these methods specifically in individual projects can the ideal management outcomes be achieved.
