摘　　要：建筑工程管理作为控制项目成本、时间、质量的关键环节,其创新方法对于提升整个行业的效率和可持续性具有决定性作用。然而,尽管绿色施工管理的重要性日益凸显,但如何在实际操作中有效地结合创新管理方法,以实现建筑项目的绿色、高效和经济目标,仍然是一个亟待解决的问题。本文旨在填补这一研究空白,通过系统地分析建筑工程管理的创新策略和绿色施工管理的实践,提出一套综合的管理框架,以指导建筑项目的可持续发展。As a key element in controlling project costs,time,and quality,innovation in construction project management is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and sustainability of the entire industry.However,despite the increasing importance of green construction management,effectively integrating innovative management methods to achieve green,efficient,and economical goals in building projects remains a pressing issue.This paper aims to fill this research gap by systematically analyzing innovative strategies in construction project management and practices in green construction management.It proposes an integrated management framework to guide the sustainable development of construction projects.
