摘  要:经济迅猛增长带动交通行业的蓬勃发展,进而对桥梁工程在质量、性能及安全性方面的标准也更加苛刻。采用预应力工艺的现场浇筑箱梁因其高强度、大跨径以及卓越的承载能力,已经成为构建大型跨径桥梁的理想选择。本文以ZTSJ工程项目为例,全面探讨预应力现浇箱梁的智能化张拉技术,并概述控制过程中的关键要素,目的是进一步提高智能张拉技术的应用水平,确保桥梁工程的建设品质。The rapid economic growth has spurred the development of the transportation industry,leading to increasingly stringent standards for bridge engineering in terms of quality,performance,and safety.Prestressed cast-in-place box girders,known for their high strength,large span,and excellent load-bearing capacity,have become an ideal choice for constructing large-span bridges.Taking the ZTSJ project as an example,this paper comprehensively explores the intelligent tensioning technology of prestressed cast-in-place box girders and outlines the key elements in the control process.The aim is to further enhance the application level of intelligent tensioning technology and ensure the construction quality of bridge projects.
