摘 要:随着国内建筑行业的快速发展,建筑工程建设规模不断扩大,开始向着高楼层、大型化、地下化的方向迈进,如此便对水暖工程安装工作有了新的要求。此方面施工质量的高低,决定着整个建筑结构的功能完善性、使用安全性,与人们的生活与城市发展息息相关。若是水暖管道存在跑、冒、漏、堵等质量缺陷,不仅会让人民群众的日常生活受到较大影响,更会导致建筑体使用年限缩短,并且也会造成资源的浪费。所以,加强对建筑工程水暖管道施工质量的控制,注重施工技术的研究与应用非常关键。本文重点分析了水暖管道施工技术的应用措施与施工问题解决对策。With the rapid development of the domestic construction industry and the continuous expansion of construction scales,building projects are moving towards high-rise,large-scale,and underground directions.This shift has imposed new requirements on the installation of water and heating(plumbing and heating)systems.The quality of this aspect of construction determines the functional completeness and safety of the entire building structure,which is closely related to people's lives and urban development.If there are quality defects in the water and heating pipelines,such as leakage,overflow,blockage,etc.,it will not only significantly affect people's daily lives but also shorten the service life of the building and lead to waste of resources.Therefore,it is crucial to strengthen the quality control of water and heating pipeline construction in building engineering and focus on the research and application of construction technology.This paper focuses on analyzing the application measures of water and heating pipeline construction technology and countermeasures for solving construction problems.
