摘　　要：阐述基于北斗技术的高速公路自由流收费模式原理,以及收费系统的设计,包括系统方案中的车载终端、收费站系统、云收费系统的创建,系统实验流程应用、系统实验结果评估。This paper describes the principle of the free flow toll collection mode for highways based on Beidou technology,as well as the design of the toll collection system,including the creation of the vehicle terminal,toll station system,and cloud toll collection system in the system scheme,the application of the system experimental process,and the evaluation of the system experimental results.
