摘　　要：阐述高速公路联网应急收费系统的方案设计、联网应急收费系统的软件设计,探讨联网应急收费系统功能应用的实现,以及收费数据视频处理机制的应用。This paper describes the design of the emergency toll collection system for expressway networking,the software design of the network emergency toll collection system,and explores the implementation of the functions and applications of the network emergency toll collection system,as well as the application of the video processing mechanism for toll data.
