摘　　要：阐述BIM技术在现代建筑虚拟仿真模拟方面的应用,包括建立建筑信息模型、虚拟施工、能耗分析和优化设计等方面。介绍BIM技术在现代建筑虚拟仿真模拟中的实现过程和优势,并探讨发展趋势。This paper expounds the application of BIM technology in modern building virtual simulation,including the establishment of building information models,virtual construction,energy consumption analysis,and optimization design.It introduces the implementation process and advantages of BIM technology in modern building virtual simulation,and explores its development trends.
