摘　　要：阐述通过仿真得到电流脉冲在10ns左右的LED光信号,实验调节LED偏压,使用数字化仪采集SiPM输出信号。在不同偏压下,线性拟合结果表明,改变LED两端偏压可线性改变LED光强。This paper expounds the simulation of LED light signals with current pulses of around 10ns,experimental adjustment of LED bias,and the use of a digital instrument to collect SiPM output signals.Under different biases,the linear fitting results indicate that changing the bias voltage at both ends of the LED can linearly change the LED light intensity.
