摘　　要：全面深化改革是实现中国式现代化和创造人民美好生活的必由之路。在全面建成社会主义现代化强国和迎来民族复兴的关键时期,深入把握全面深化改革与人民美好生活需要满足之间的逻辑关联是中国特色社会主义实践的重要课题。以全面深化改革来满足人民的美好生活需要,既是唯物史观的必然要求和中国共产党立党和执政的本质体现,也是中国共产党人历史经验的总结。在全面深化改革的过程中,应坚持系统思维,有序推进政治、经济、文化、社会和生态领域的改革,为满足人民美好生活需要提供良好的制度保障、物质保障、思想保障、服务保障和环境保障。在“改革”与“保障”的良性互动中,切实满足人民美好生活的需要。在新的时代征程中,要深刻理解全面深化改革与人民美好生活满足之间在价值立场、价值旨趣和时代影响等方面的契合,更加自觉地贯彻落实进一步全面深化改革的系列方案,不断开辟人民美好生活的新局面。Deepening the reform comprehensively is the essential pathway to achieve Chinese modernization and enable the people to live a better life.At present,China is working to build a great modern socialist country in a comprehensive way and moving toward the great national rejuvenation.In the course of practicing socialism with Chinese characteristics,we should deeply understand the logical connection between deepening the reform comprehensively and meeting peoples need for a good life.To satisfy peoples need for a good life by deepening the reform comprehensively is the fundamental principle of historical materialism,and the essence of the CPCs founding and governance,and the summary of the historical experience of Chinese Communists.In the course of further deepening reform comprehensively,we need to adhere to system thinking by advancing reforms across the political,economic,cultural,social,and ecological sectors in an orderly manner to ensure institutional,material,ideological,service,and environmental safeguards.We should effectively meet the peoples needs for a good life through the benign interaction between“reform”and“guarantee”.In the new era,we should deeply understand the alignment in terms of value positioning,value objectives,and temporal influence between deepening the reform comprehensively and enabling the people to live a better life.We should more consciously implement a series of plans for further deepening the reform comprehensively and open up new prospects for a better life for people continuously.
