International communication ability reserve and improvement path for mainstream media journalists

摘　　要：学界对国际传播人才培养的重要性已有共识,但对主流媒体新闻人的国际传播能力的相关实证研究较为匮乏。比照主流媒体国际传播能力建设要求,综合相关文献,构建主流媒体新闻人国际传播能力储备测量指标体系,完成量表适用性和信效度检验。对365名新闻人进行问卷调查,并抽取7位资深新闻人进行深度访谈。从知识认知储备、行为技能储备、情感意识储备等多个维度,分析了当前主流媒体新闻人国际传播能力储备的主要短板,提出了推动主流媒体新闻人国际传播能力建设的路径。There is a certain consensus in academia on the importance of cultivating international communication talents,while the related empirical researches on the international communication abilities of news professionals are in need.Based on the requirements of the international communication capacity building for mainstream media,this paper integrates relevant literature to construct a measurement index system for the international communication capacity reserve of mainstream media journalists,and tests applicability and reliability validity of the scale.Still,a questionnaire survey is conducted on 365 journalists,using purposive sampling and snowball sampling methods.Seven senior journalists were selected for in-depth interviews,The study reveals the main shortcomings of the current international communication capacity reserve of mainstream media journalists from three dimensions:knowledge and cognition reserve,behavioral skill reserve,and emotional awareness reserve,and provides strategic references for promoting the international communication capacity construction of mainstream media journalists.
