摘　　要：2022年6月17日至21日,浙江省出现梅雨期第3轮强降雨,衢州市和开化县最大1 d降雨量创历史最高记录。浙江省第一和第二大水系(钱塘江和瓯江)同一天发生暴雨洪水,钱塘江流域常山站、衢州站实测流量创最高记录,瓯江流域紧水滩水库出现4个“首次”。总结本次暴雨洪水的雨情、水情和工程调度情况,分析预报预警工作存在问题,提出下一步对策举措,为今后防御类似暴雨洪水提供参考与借鉴。From June 17 to 21,2022,there was the third round of heavy rainfall during the plum rains in Zhejiang Province.The maximum daily rainfall in Quzhou and Kaihua set a new historical record.The“June 20”rainstorm and flood occurred in the Qiantang River and the Oujiang River,the first and second largest basin in Zhejiang Province.The measured flow of Changshan Station and Quzhou Station in the Qiantang River basin set a new record,and four“first records”occurred at the Jinshuitan Reservoir in the Oujiang River basin.By summarizing the rainfall,water conditions and project scheduling of this rainstorm and flood,analyzing the existing problems and shortcomings of flood forecast and early warning,this paper analyses the problems in forecast and early warning,proposes further countermeasures and provides reference and lessons for defending similar rainstorms and floods in the future.
