摘  要:安徽某渡槽施工过程中箱梁侧壁及顶部出现多处连续贯穿性裂缝,裂缝主要成因是应力收缩受到底板约束和后期混凝土养护不充分所致。根据裂缝的特征,采用高强环氧树脂对裂缝进行修补,裂缝处理完成后,为了解该裂缝处理方案的有效性,通过对裂缝修补区域的超声法检测数据及钻芯取样进行灌浆效果分析。结果表明:化学灌浆封闭处理效果较好,浆体的饱满度符合相关规范要求,内部裂缝处可见明显的浆液填充,裂缝处理后的混凝土仍能满足结构的安全性和耐久性要求。提出渡槽箱梁裂缝的处理方式、灌浆效果检测及分析可为同类型工程问题提供参考。During the construction process of a certain aqueduct in Anhui,multiple continuous penetrating cracks appeared on the side walls and top of the box girder.The main causes of the cracks were stress shrinkage constrained by the bottom plate and insufficient concrete curing in the later stage.Based on the characteristics of the cracks,high-strength epoxy resin was used to repair the cracks.After the crack treatment was completed,in order to understand the effectiveness of the crack treatment plan,ultrasonic testing data and drilling core sampling of the crack repair area were used to analyze the grouting effect.The results show that the chemical grouting sealing treatment had a good effect,the fullness of the slurry met the relevant specifications,and obvious slurry filling can be seen at the internal cracks.The concrete after crack treatment can still meet the safety and durability requirements of the structure.The treatment method,grouting effect detection,and analysis of cracks in aqueduct box girders introduced in this article can provide reference for similar engineering problems.
