摘  要:为探索水利工程对生态产品总值(GEP)的贡献,量化水利工程的生态效益,以丽水市大溪治理提升改造工程为例,对该工程建成前后的GEP进行核算。结果显示,大溪治理前,工程建设范围内年度GEP总值为22.50亿元,其中文化服务价值为21.80亿元,调节服务价值为0.65亿元,供给产品价值为651万元。大溪治理后,预计建设范围内年度总GEP为28.90亿元,文化服务价值为27.60亿元,调节服务价值为1.30亿元,供给产品价值506万元。研究发现,文化服务是大溪治理提升改造工程发挥生态效益,直接实现生态产品价值转化的主要渠道,未来在进行水利工程规划时,应当重视对文化服务的开发。To explore the contribution of hydraulic engineering to the Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP)and quantify the ecological benefits of hydraulic engineering,this paper takes the Daxi management and improvement project in Lishui City as an example to calculate the GEP before and after the completion of the project.The results show that before the Daxi management project,the annual GEP within the project area was 2.25 billion RMB,of which the value of cultural services was 2.18 billion RMB,the value of regulation services was 65 million RMB,and the value of provisioning products was 6.51 million RMB.After the Daxi management project,the annual total GEP within the project area is expected to be 2.89 billion RMB,with the value of cultural services at 2.76 billion RMB,the value of regulation services at 130 million RMB,and the value of provisioning products at 5.06 million RMB.The study found that cultural services are the main channel through which the Daxi project exerts ecological benefits and directly realizes the conversion of ecological product value.In future hydraulic engineering planning,attention should be paid to the development of cultural services.
