摘 要:为了迅速有效对社交网络的目标进行威胁评估,针对社交网络舆情多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于改进模糊理想解排序法(TOPSIS)的网络目标威胁评估方法,并用算例证明了其可行性和实用性。该方法基于模糊理论和TOPSIS方法,通过构造得分函数,综合考虑决策者对期望与方差的偏好因素,能够较为客观全面地对社交网络舆情事件传播中关键用户的威胁程度进行综合评估,提升社会安全治理能力。To conduct threat assessment on targets in social network efficiently and effectively,and arming at the multi-attribute decision-making problems of social network public opinion,a network target threat assessment method based on improved fuzzy technique for order preferce by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is proposed,and a case study is used to demonstrate its feasibility and practicality.The method is based on fuzzy theory and the TOPSIS method,and a scoring function is constructed to comprehensively consider the preference factors of decision-makers for expectation and variance.It can evaluate the threat degree of key users in the spread of public opinion events on social network objectively and comprehensively,and enhance the ability of social security governance.
