摘　　要：战略态势一张图是对战略态势理解认知一致性的基础,是各级指挥与决策人员开展战略决策的重要依托。目前,战略态势一张图存在概念不清、特征不明和数据不一致等问题。针对上述问题,在明确相关概念的基础上,给出了战略态势一张图的组成及特征要求,提出战略态势一张图的事件融合处理算法,并利用开源数据进行试验验证。试验结果表明,该算法通过有效识别命名实体和相似语义差异,能够提升事件融合的准确性。The unified strategic situation map is the basis of understanding and recognizing the consistency of strategic situations,and a critical support for commanders and decision-makers in all levels to make strategic decisions.The current unified strategic situation map has problems such as unclear concepts,unclear characteristics,and inconsistent data.In response to these problems,after clarifying the relevant concepts,the composition and characteristic requirements of a unified strategic situation map are provided,and an event fusion processing algorithm for the strategic situation map is proposed.Experimentation and verification are conducted using open source data.The experiment result shows that the algorithm can improve the accuracy of event fusion using effectively identifying named entities and similar semantic differences.
