摘 要:为推进军事大数据体系建设和应用,解决数据标准不一、质量不高和跨域融合难等问题,提出了一套涵盖数据采集、数据存储、数据处理、数据服务和数据安全等多方面的数据治理架构,并重点研究了数据源管理、数据采集治理、数据资源池构建、数据资产统一管理、数据服务发布治理和数据安全治理等军事大数据关键治理域的机制和方法,可支撑形成高质量、可持续发展的军事数据资产,深度赋能全域联合作战和业务协同管理,从而提升体系综合效能。To improve the development and application of military big data system,and to solve the problems of different data standards,low data quality and difficult cross-domain integration,a data governance architecture comprising data collection,data storage,data process,data service and data security,etc.is proposed.In addition,the mechanisms and methods for key domains of military big data governance,such as data source authentication,data collection into the pool,data pool construction,unified management of data,dada service issuance,and data security governance,etc.are studied.The mechanisms and methods can support building high-quality and sustainable military data assets,and deeply empower the all-domain joint operations and military business collaborative.Thus,the overall efficiency of the military system can be improved.
