季冻区高速公路桥面伸缩缝水泥混凝土带防治技术研究  

Research on the Prevention and Control Technology of the Cement Concrete Strip for the Expansion Joint on the Bridge Deck of Expressway in Seasonal Freezing Area

摘  要:季冻区桥面伸缩缝的混凝土带由于受到盐腐蚀等因素影响,会出现脱皮、漏石、破损等病害,需要快速修补,而目前的修复技术无法根治伸缩缝破损等病害。基于此,开发了一种适用于季冻区桥面伸缩缝混凝土带的快速防治技术,该技术采用改性乳化沥青作为基液,并以耐盐腐蚀高分子乳液为增粘剂,以1.18mm以下机制砂为骨架料,使养护材料同时具备高温耐磨耗性能和耐盐腐蚀性能。结果表明,该技术能够提高路面伸缩缝修补效率、修补质量和使用耐久性,减少交通封闭时间,提高行驶质量。Due to the influence of factors such as salt corrosion and so on,the concrete strip of the expansion joint on the bridge deck in the seasonal freezing area may suffer from peeling,exposed stone,damage and other diseases,which requires rapid repair.However,the current restoration technology cannot cure the diseases such as damage of expansion joint and so on.Based on this,a kind of rapid prevention and control technology suitable for the concrete strip of the expansion joint on the bridge deck in the seasonal freezing area is developed.This technology uses the modified emulsified asphalt as the base solution,salt corrosion resistant polymer emulsion as the viscosity enhancer,and machine-made sand below 1.18mm as the skeleton material,so as to let the maintenance material have both high-temperature wear resistance and salt corrosion resistance.The results show that,this technology can improve the repair efficiency,repair quality,and operational durability of the expansion joint on the pavement,reduce traffic closure time,and improve the driving quality.
