摘 要:小半径曲线桥梁可以适应不同位置及环境,但架桥过程中的安全性问题也应予以关注。文章以葛绳弯大桥为依托,应用有限元软件分析架桥机的强度、刚度、稳定性和模态。结果表明,该方法可计算架桥机主桁架在运行过程中的强度、刚度和稳定性,保障施工安全性。为避免发生共振,可通过数值模拟对架桥机进行模态分析,避免主桁架频率与外荷载频率接近或一致,从而保障架桥机安全运行。Small radius curved bridges can adapt to different locations and environments,but the safety issues during the bridge erection process should also be taken into account.Based on the Geshengwan bridge,the strength,stiffness,stability,and mode of the bridge erecting machine are analyzed by using the finite element software.The results show that,this method can calculate the strength,stiffness,and stability of the main truss of the bridge erecting machine during operation,and ensure the construction safety.In order to avoid resonance,the modal analysis on the bridge erecting machine is performed by using the numerical simulation,so as to avoid the frequency of main truss from being close to or consistent with that of external load,and ensure the safe operation of the bridge erecting machine.
