摘 要:采用疏水聚团浮选技术对陕北典型烟煤进行脱灰处理获得精煤,重点对精煤的热解/气化特性进行研究。结果表明:精煤在高温阶段(≥800℃)的热解、气化速率明显增强,使得精煤的热解失重率增加了13.89%、气化失重率增加了9.46%;精煤流化床热解焦油收率提高了24.22%,焦油组分中长链烷烃相对含量降低、酚类相对含量增加、多环芳烃相对含量减少;精煤与CO_(2)流化床气化使得碳转化率提高了11.16%,CO体积分数提高了76.86%,说明原煤脱灰精制可以有效提高煤中有机质浓度,改善热解焦油性质,提高煤的气化反应活性。The hydrophobic cluster flotation technology was used to remove ash in the typical bituminous coal in northern Shaanxi to obtain the refined coal,and the pyrolysis/gasification characteristics of the refined coal was studied in detail.The results showed that the pyrolysis and gasification rate of refined coal at the high-temperature stage(≥800℃)increased obviously,which had increased the pyrolysis weight loss rate of refined coal by 13.89%and the gasification weight loss rate by 9.46%;the yield of fluidized-bed pyrolytic tar of refined coal increased by 24.22%,the relative content of long-chain alkanes in the tar components decreased,the relative content of phenols increased and that of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons decreased;the fluidized-bed gasification of refined coal and CO_(2) increased the carbon conversion rate by 11.16%,and the CO volume fraction increased by 76.86%,indicating that deashing-refining of raw coal could effectively increase the concentration of organic matter in coal,improve the properties of pyrolytic tar,and improve the gasification reaction activity of coal.
