摘 要:在VOCs废气治理过程中涉及多种易燃易爆化合物,其爆炸极限的计算显得尤为重要。介绍了理·查特里法、经验公式法、图表法等广泛应用的爆炸极限计算方法,并将其应用于煤化工、石油化工等领域的低温甲醇洗废气、罐区废气、污水站含氧废气等含VOCs废气爆炸极限的计算,可为VOCs废气治理及可燃气体爆炸下限(LEL)分析仪器的设计提供参考。In the process of VOCs exhaust gas treatment,various flammable and explosive compounds were involved,and the calculation of their explosion limits was particularly important.The widely used explosion limit calculation methods such as the Le Chatelier method,empirical formula method and chart method were introduced,and they were applied to the calculation of explosion limits for VOCs waste gases such as rectisol waste gas,tank farm waste gas and oxygen-containing waste gas from sewage station in coal chemical and petrochemical industries,which could provide reference for VOCs exhaust gas treatment and the design of Lower Explosion Limit(LEL)analysis instruments for combustible gases.
