摘  要:对比研究了国内4种典型的水煤浆气化炉的煤渣组分及灰熔融特性,结合气化炉操作情况以及衬里高铬砖的使用情况,探讨了不同组分的煤渣对气化炉高铬砖的蚀损原因。结果表明:SiO_(2)含量高的煤渣,容易出现高铬砖的烧蚀;CaO含量高的煤渣,容易出现高铬砖的冲蚀;Fe_(2)O_(3)含量高的煤渣,容易出现高铬砖的化学蚀损和机械冲刷;Na_(2)O含量高的煤渣,容易出现高铬砖的化学蚀损和热剥落。The slag composition and ash melting characteristics of 4 kinds of typical coal water slurry gasifiers were compared,and the reasons for the corrosion of high chrome brick in gasifiers by different coal slag compositions were discussed in combination with the operation of gasifiers and the use of lining high chrome brick.The results showed that the slag with high SiO_(2)content was prone to the ablation of high chrome brick.The slag with high CaO content was prone to the erosion of high chrome brick.The slag with high Fe_(2)O_(3)content was prone to the chemical erosion and mechanical erosion of high chrome brick.The slag with high Na_(2)O content was prone to the chemical erosion and thermal spalling of high chrome brick.
