摘 要:针对山西某焦化企业中水回用系统112 m^(3)/h浓盐水和深度处理系统88 m^(3)/h浓盐水的处理需求,通过采用“预处理+膜浓缩+蒸发结晶”的主体工艺,逐级实现了废水中杂质离子及COD的去除、浓水减量化和浓水提硫酸钠/氯化钠。介绍了该工艺的流程、设计及主要系统设置,并分析了其运行效果。结果表明:所获硫酸钠结晶盐和氯化钠结晶盐的纯度平均值分别为97.17%和98.62%,达到了T/CCT 001—2019中A类合格品标准要求和T/CCT 002—2019中工业干盐一等品指标要求,杂盐率平均值为12.10%,出水COD、氨氮、电导率等指标均达到回用水指标,实现焦化废水的近零排放和盐资源化回收。In response to the treatment demands of 112 m^(3)/h concentrated brine from the reclaimed water reuse system and 88 m^(3)/h concentrated brine from the advanced treatment system of a coking enterprise in Shanxi,the main process of“pretreatment+membrane concentration+evaporation crystallization”was adopted.This process enabled step by step the removal of impurity ions and COD in the wastewater,reduction of concentrated water volume and extraction of sodium sulfate/sodium chloride from the concentrated water.The process flow,design and main system settings of this technology were presented,and its operational performance was analyzed.The results showed that the average purities of the obtained sodium sulfate crystalline salt and sodium chloride crystalline salt reached 97.17%and 98.62%respectively,meeting the requirements for Class A qualified products in T/CCT 001—2019 and the first-class product criteria for industrial dry salt in T/CCT 002—2019.The average percentage of mixed salts was 12.10%,and all the indicators of the effluent,such as COD,ammonia nitrogen and conductivity,met the reclaimed water standards,thus achieving near-zero discharge of coking wastewater and recovery of salt resources.
