摘  要:云南先锋化工有限公司褐煤固定床熔渣气化煤气净化过程中,因低温甲醇洗预洗系统石脑油萃取效率降低,轻质油进入共沸塔和甲醇水塔,造成甲醇水塔出口废水中化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))升高。经过深入分析,确定石脑油萃取效率下降是由于萃取器所使用的脱盐水pH显碱性以及石脑油产量较大这两个因素的共同作用。为解决这一问题,采取了降低萃取温度、调整萃取剂pH值、延长停留时间等措施,使甲醇水塔出口废水中酚质量浓度降低至700 mg/L以下,COD_(Cr)降至3000 mg/L左右,确保了装置运行稳定。During the gas purification process of lignite fixed-bed slag gasification in Yunnan Pioneer Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,due to the decreased efficiency of naphtha extraction in the rectisol prewash system,light oil entered the azeotropic tower and methanol-water tower,resulting in an increase in the chemical oxygen demand(COD_(Cr))of the outlet wastewater from the methanol-water tower.Through in-depth analysis,it was determined that the decrease in naphtha extraction efficiency was due to the combined effects of the alkaline pH of the demineralized water used in the extractor and the large output volume of naphtha.To solve this problem,measures such as reducing the extraction temperature,adjusting the pH of the extraction agent and extending the residence time were taken,which reduced the phenol mass concentration in the wastewater from the methanol-water tower to below 700 mg/L and the COD_(Cr) to about 3000 mg/L,thus ensuring the stable operation of the unit.
