摘  要:干熄焦循环系统是干熄焦生产的重要环节,循环气体中氧含量异常会带来一定的危险。影响干熄焦循环系统氧含量的因素有导入空气量的大小、系统严密性以及激光氧分析仪的准确性。不同氮气制取方式产生的氮气纯度不同,激光氧分析仪的准确性与氮气纯度有较大关联。确定测量光程后,可通过计算确定氧分析仪的吹扫光程的长度包括仪表插入深度,以减小氮气纯度对氧含量测量造成的影响。通过选用高纯度氮气作为吹扫气源、设置氮气纯度下限、增加氮气检测及切换装置和增设氧气分子筛等方式规避氮气纯度对氧分析仪的影响,进而减轻对生产运行的干扰。The circulating system of coke dry quenching is an important part of dry quenching production,and abnormal oxygen content in the circulating gas can pose certain risks.The factors that affect the oxygen content of the CDQ circulating system included the air volume introduced,system tightness,and accuracy of the laser oxygen analyzer.The purity of nitrogen produced by different nitrogen production methods was different,and the accuracy of laser oxygen analyzer was closely related to the purity of nitrogen.After determining the measurement path length,the length of the purge path of the oxygen analyzer,including the instrument insertion depth,could be calculated to reduce the impact of nitrogen purity on oxygen content measurement.By selecting high-purity nitrogen as the purging gas source,setting the lower limit of nitrogen purity,adding nitrogen detection and switching device,and adding oxygen molecular sieve,the impact of nitrogen purity on oxygen analyzer could be avoided,thereby reducing the interference with production operation.
