摘　　要：简述了碎煤加压气化回收装置副产品的生产流程,分析了重芳烃水含量高、多元烃产量波动和水含量高、混合酚质量下降的原因,并相应提出了扩展重芳烃分液罐功能、增加重芳烃深度脱水装置、煤气水贮槽增加浮动收油装置、对初焦油分离器进行改造等技改思路和方案,以提升副产品重芳烃、多元烃、混合酚指标。The production process of by-products in the pressurized coal gasification recovery unit was briefly described,and the analysis was made on the causes of high water content of heavy aromatics,output fluctuation and high water content of polycyclic hydrocarbons,and decline in the quality of mixed phenols.Corresponding technical renovation ideas and solutions were proposed,including expanding the function of the heavy aromatics separation tank,adding a deep dehydration device for heavy aromatics,installing a floating oil collection device in the gas water storage tank and modifying the initial tar separator,in order to improve the quality indicators of by-products such as heavy aromatics,polycyclic hydrocarbons and mixed phenols.
