摘  要:某粉煤气化装置CO_(2)管网一减压阀后的先导式安全阀在生产运行中发生异常开启的现象,影响生产系统的安全稳定运行。针对上述问题,分析了可能引起先导式安全阀异常开启的各种原因,通过排除法最终确定安全阀异常开启的原因为CO_(2)介质的相变。对理论分析确定的原因进行了试验验证,并制定了对应的整改措施,确保了气化装置安全稳定运行。The pilot-operated safety valve after a pressure reducing valve in the carbon dioxide pipeline network of a pulverized coal gasification unit experienced an abnormal opening during the production operation,affecting the safe and stable operation of the production system.In response to the above problem,various reasons that might cause the abnormal opening of the pilot-operated safety valve were analyzed,and it was ultimately determined through the elimination method to be the phase change of the CO_(2) medium.The reason determined by the theoretical analysis was experimentally verified,and corresponding corrective measures were formulated to ensure the safe and stable operation of the gasification unit.
