摘 要:针对某炼化企业污水处理厂反渗透系统RO设备在运行中出现的脱盐率由99%以上骤降至97.5%~98.0%、一段压差短时间升高100%以上等问题,通过分析及排查,确定进水水质变化是导致系统出现异常的主要原因,其中进水氨氮及总氮的升高导致了系统脱盐率的降低,进水总铁偏高导致了一段压差的升高。通过采取改善生化单元的生化条件、对RO系统进行有效的化学清洗等措施,使反渗透系统恢复到正常运行状态。In response to the issues during the operation of the reverse osmosis system in the wastewater treatment plant of a refining and chemical enterprise,such as sudden drop of the desalination rate from over 99%to 97.5%-98.0%and short-term increase of the primary differential pressure by over 100%,through the analysis and investigation,it was determined that changes in the inlet water quality were the main cause of the system abnormalities.The increase in inlet ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen led to a decrease in RO desalination rate,while the high inlet total iron content led to an increase in the primary differential pressure.By improving the biochemical conditions of the biochemical unit and performing effective chemical cleaning on the RO system,the reverse osmosis system could be restored to the normal operation.
