摘　　要：针对化工企业实验室负责分析的样品种类繁多、分析数据处理量较大、人员编制少、劳动强度高等问题,陕煤集团榆林化学有限责任公司以实验室分析检测业务为中心,将人员、仪器、试剂、方法、环境等因素有机结合起来,构建了实验室信息化体系。通过运用流程化的管理手段,结合质量管理需求,实现了分析数据的审核、发布与质量控制。通过不合格结果的自动推送,建立了高效的数据反馈机制,实现了分析检测的闭环管理。实验室信息化体系实施后,为实验室提供了科学、规范、高效的测试与管理方法,保证了实验室的高效稳定运行。Aiming at the problems of a wide variety of samples to be analyzed,large amount of analysis data processing,being under-staffed and high labor intensity in laboratories of chemical enterprises,SHCCIG Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.,focusing on laboratory analysis and testing business,organically combined such factors as personnel,instruments,reagents,methods and environment to construct the laboratory information system.Through the use of process management means,combined with the quality management demand,the audit,release and quality control of the analyzed data were achieved.Also,through the automatic message pushing of unqualified results,an efficient data feedback mechanism was established,and the closed-loop management of analysis test was realized.After the implementation of the laboratory information system,it provided the laboratory with scientific,standardized and efficient testing and management methods to ensure its efficient and stable operation.
