摘 要:煤化工装置的安全运行是生产企业的第一要务,随着智能技术的发展,基于5G技术的智能巡检在煤化工企业及园区得到越来越多的应用。分析了基于5G的智能巡检技术优势,介绍了榆林化学园区5G智能巡检的方案设计及关键技术。通过在线实时定制巡检线路、巡检点、设备巡检项等巡检内容,对现场设备、气体组分等数据进行自动采集与传输,实现重大危险源及高空仪表阀门的无人机实时巡检,并在管理平台进行数据实时分析和监测,提高了巡检效率,有效降低了煤化工企业的安全风险,有助于推动煤化工行业的“安全、高效、智能”可持续发展。The safe operation of coal chemical plants is the paramount priority for production enterprises.With the advancement of intelligent technologies,the intelligent patrol based on 5G technology has got more and more applications in coal chemical enterprises and industrial parks.The advantages of 5G-based intelligent patrol technology were analyzed,and the scheme design and key technologies of the 5G intelligent patrol system in Yulin Chemical Park were introduced.By customizing patrol routes,patrol points and equipment patrol items online in real time,the system automatically collected and transmitted data from field equipment and gas components.It enabled real-time drone patrol of major hazard sources and overhead instruments and valves,while performing real-time data analysis and monitoring on the management platform.This enhanced the patrol efficiency,effectively reduced the safety risks in coal chemical enterprises,and contributed to promoting the sustainable development of the coal chemical industry towards“safety,efficiency and intelligence”.
