摘 要:通过化学破乳法有效分离兰炭行业荒煤气净化系统循环氨水中的焦油,有利于提高塔盘效率、换热器换热效果和后续生化处理废水装置的运行效果。分析研究了多乙烯多胺嵌段改性类聚醚破乳剂HDC-106、含氟改性聚醚破乳剂FHL-33、含硅改性聚醚破乳剂GLB-111在兰炭行业循环氨水系统油水分离中的应用效果,结果表明,HDC-106破乳剂在体积分数0.01%~0.05%的投加量下可以达到98%以上的焦油去除率。此外,研究结果还表明,HDC-106破乳剂在水中饱和溶解度最高,可达到6.27%,破乳后在水相中富集度可达到97.42%。The effective separation of tar in the circulating ammonia of the raw coke oven gas purification system of the semi-coke industry through chemical demulsification was conducive to improving the efficiency of the tower tray,heat exchange effect of the heat exchanger and operation of the subsequent wastewater biochemical treatment unit.The application effects of polyvinyl polyamine block modified polyether demulsifier HDC-106,fluorine-containing modified polyether demulsifier FHL-33 and silicon-containing modified polyether demulsifier GLB-111 in oil-water separation of circulating ammonia water system at semi-coke industry were analyzed and studied.The result showed that HDC-106 demulsifier could achieve a tar removal rate of more than 98%at the dosage of 1-5 parts per 10000(volume fraction).In addition,the study result showed that HDC-106 had highest saturation solubility in water,reaching 6.27%,and after demulsification,the enrichment in the water phase could reach 97.42%.
