摘 要:采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)对某MTO装置脱盐水注入管线、甲醇分离器出口、甲醇输送泵出口、离子交换器入口、树脂捕捉器出口、甲醇过滤器导淋、积液包排液口甲醇中的K^(+)、Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)等碱金属离子进行分析,研究ICP-OES法测定甲醇中碱金属离子的准确性和可靠性。结果表明,采用ICP-OES法测定MTO装置内甲醇中碱金属离子,除K元素相关系数小于0.99,其他元素相关系数均大于0.99,说明实验方法线性较好;树脂捕捉器出口甲醇中除K+回收率低于80%,其余碱金属离子回收率均在国标范围,说明实验测定的碱金属含量准确。The inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)method was used to analyze K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+and other alkali metal ions in samples from the demineralized water injection pipeline,methanol separator outlet,methanol delivery pump outlet,ion exchanger inlet,resin catcher outlet,methanol filter guide,and liquid discharge outlet of an MTO unit.The accuracy and reliability of ICP-OES method for determining alkali metal ions in methanol were studied.The results showed that when using the ICP-OES method to determine the alkali metal ions in methanol in the MTO unit,except for the K element whose correlation coefficient was less than 0.99,the correlation coefficients of other elements were greater than 0.99,indicating that this experimental method had good linearity.Also,except that the recovery rate of K+in the methanol at the resin catcher outlet was less than 80%,the recovery rates of the remaining alkali metal ions were within the national standard range,indicating the content of alkali metal determined by the experiment was accurate.
