摘　　要：目的旨在探讨基层医疗机构下属的紧急医学救援队在应对突发伤亡事件与灾难紧急救援中的重要作用,特别是通过合理规划的营区布局和物品布置,以提高救援效率,保障救援队员的工作和生活需求,增强救援队的整体战斗力。方法通过对吉林省通化市中心医院紧急医学救援队的营区布局和物品布置进行详细阐述,分析其在实际救援中的应用效果和存在的问题。结果研究揭示了合理规划的营区布局和物品布置对提高救援效率的重要性,并提出了具体的改进建议和思考。结论该文为基层紧急医学救援队的营区布置提供了有价值的参考,有助于提升紧急医学救援队应对突发事件的救援能力。Objective This article aims to explore the critical role of emergency medical rescue teams from primary healthcare institutions in responding to sudden casualty incidents and disaster emergencies.Specifically,it focuses on how well-planned camp layouts and item arrangements can enhance rescue efficiency,ensure the work and living needs of rescue team members,and strengthen the overall combat effectiveness of the rescue team.Methods By detailing the camp layout and item arrangements of the emergency medical rescue team at Tonghua Central Hospital in Jilin Province,the study analyzes their practical application effects and existing issues in actual rescue operations.Results The research highlights the importance of rationally planned camp layouts and item arrangements in improving rescue efficiency and provides specific improvement suggestions and reflections.Conclusion The findings of this study offer valuable references for the camp arrangements of primary emergency medical rescue teams,contributing to the enhancement of their capabilities in responding to emergencies.
