摘　　要：目的探讨四川紧急医疗救援体系在“9·5”泸定地震救援期间的运作,为今后地震灾害的应急医疗救援工作提供参考。方法对四川紧急医疗救援体系在“9·5泸定”地援黄金72 h内的运作的相关资料及模式进行回顾性分析并总结。结果在72 h内的地震救援中,四川省紧急医学救援体系自动响应,5支国家级、省级紧急医学救援队小分队24 h内抵达灾区一线,建立起水-陆-空立体转运疏散机构,收治转运伤员249人,分级分类形成医疗机构救治网络,向国家在川、省级、部队综合医院后送10人,所有收治伤员0死亡。结论面对高原山地多区域并发的地震救援时,四川紧急医疗救援体系指挥组织、队伍调配、伤员立体转运和医疗机构救治等各个模块的高效运行保证了此次救援工作的快速高效安全完成。Objective To study Sichuan emergency medical rescue system during the“9·5”Luding earthquake,and to provide detailed information for emergency medical rescue work during earthquakes in the future.Methods Retrospective analysis and summary of the relevant data and models of the Sichuan emergency medical rescue system during the golden 72 hours of the"9.5 Luding"were conducted on this study.Results During the earthquake rescue within 72 hours,Sichuan Province's emergency medical rescue system responded automatically.Five national and provincial emergency medical rescue team arrived at the disaster area within 24 hours,established a water-land-air three-dimensional evacuation term,admitted and transferred 249 wounded people,formed a medical treatment network with classification.Ten people were evacuated to national,provincial and military general hospitals in Sichuan.There was no death among all the wounded admitted.Conclusion With the simultaneous earthquake rescue operations in multiple areas of the plateau and mountainous areas,the efficient operation of Sichuan emergency medical rescue system ensured that the rescue work was completed quickly,efficiently and safely.
