扬州市急诊科护士急救知识科普能力现状及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的分析扬州市急诊科护士急救知识科普能力现状及影响因素,为促进急诊科护士积极开展急救知识健康科普提供依据。方法2023年10—12月,通过便利抽样法采用自主编制问卷对扬州市12所医院的急诊科护士进行问卷调查,内容包括护士基本信息、急救知识科普认知情况、急救知识科普技能情况、急救知识科普活动支撑条件情况,并进行数据分析。结果扬州市共有452名急诊科护士参加本次调查,结果显示87%的护士愿意参加科普,97%的护士认为开展急救知识科普很重要,94%的护士愿意为了科普学习新的相关知识。75%的护士认为自身专业知识可以满足科普需要,70%的护士可以及时掌握急诊急救相关领域的前沿知识,50%的护士能够根据群众科普需求创作出有针对性的科普作品,但多数以科普文章的形式进行。55%护士所在医院设有专门的健康科普管理部门,且65%的单位能够搭建满足健康科普活动需求的有效平台。47%的单位没有设立护士健康科普工作考核办法,32%的单位将科普工作纳入护士绩效考核,仅有30%的单位有健康科普经费,资金来源也多为单位自筹。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,40岁以上龄、主管护师以上职称、有自媒体创作经历的急诊科护士急救科普创作能力更强。结论扬州市急诊科护士认知意愿水平较高、科普能力较为薄弱、得到的组织政府支持不足。今后,管理部门应完善激励机制、制定培训方案、出台政策支持,重点加强急诊科护士急救知识科普能力建设。Objective To analyze the current situation and influencing factors of emergency medicine nurses'ability to popularize first aid knowledge in Yangzhou City,and to provide a basis for promoting emergency medicine nurses to actively carry out first aid knowledge health popularization.Methods From October to December 2023,a questionnaire survey was conducted by convenience sampling method using self-developed questionnaire on emergency department nurses in 12 hospitals in Yangzhou City,which included nurses'basic information,first aid knowledge popularization of science cognition,first aid knowledge popularization of science skills,and first aid rescue knowledge popularization of science activities support conditions,and data analysis was conducted.Results A total of 452 emergency department nurses in Yangzhou City participated in this survey,and the results showed that 87%of the nurses were willing to participate in the popularization of science,97%of the nurses believed that it was important to carry out the popularization of first aid knowledge,and 94%of the nurses were willing to learn new related knowledge in order to popularize the science.75%of the nurses believed that their own professional knowledge could satisfy the needs of popularization of science,and 70%of the nurses could keep abreast with the cutting-edge knowledge of the related fields of emergency and first aid,and 50%of the nurses were able to create targeted popularization works according to the public's needs for popularization of science,and most of them were in the form of popularization articles.55%of the nurses'hospitals had a special management department for popularization of health science and 65%of the units were able to set up effective platforms to meet the needs for popularization of health science activities.47%of the units did not set up any assessment methods for nurses'work in popularization of health science,32%of the units included popularization of health science into Nurses'performance appraisal,30%of the units have funds for h
