摘　　要：目的探讨移动方舱医院的规划与建设、装备与配置及实践应用。方法从医疗移动方舱医院的规划原则、队伍组建、功能布局进行设计与研究。结果移动方舱医院具备指挥协调、现场处置、快速检验和生活保障等技能,设备配置主要从门急诊医疗单元、手术住院医疗单元、医疗保障单元及其他区域设备配置等展开管理。结论移动方舱医院可开展紧急医学救援、突发公共卫生事件防控和重大活动卫生保障等任务,研究和发展移动方舱医院对提升医疗机构紧急医学救援保障能力具有重要意义。Objective To explore the planning and construction,equipment configuration and application of mobile shelter hospital.Methods Design and research from planning principles,team formation,function layout of mobile field hospital.Results Mobile field hospitals possess skills in command coordination,on-site disposal,rapid testing,and life support.Equipment configuration primarily includes outpatient and emergency medical units,surgical inpatient medical units,medical support units,and equipment configuration in other areas.Conclusion The mobile field hospital can carry out the tasks of medical emergency rescue,the prevention and control of public health emergencies.The research also shows the significance to the ability of medical emergency rescue in public medical institutions.
