摘 要:目的探讨负压封闭引流(VSD)对儿童四肢犬咬伤治疗效果的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2023年12月于山西省大同市第四人民医院犬伤科收治的60例儿童四肢犬咬伤患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和VSD组,每组30例。对照组采用常规方法处理伤口,VSD组采用VSD治疗。比较两组C反应蛋白(CRP)水平、感染率、感染时间、恢复时间及温哥华瘢痕评定量表(VSS)评分。结果两组术前、术后1 d和术后2 d的CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);VSD组术后3、4、5 d的CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VSD组感染率、VSS评分均低于对照组,感染时间长于对照组,感染者和未感染者恢复时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VSD可降低儿童四肢犬咬伤患者感染率、缩短恢复时间及减少术后瘢痕形成。Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)technology on therapeutic effect of pediatric limb dog bites.Methods Sixty patients with pediatric limb dog bites admitted to Department of Canine Trauma at Fourth People's Hospital of Datong City in Shanxi Province from January 2018 to December 2023 were divided into the control group and the VSD group by using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional wound treatment,while the VSD group received VSD treatment.The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),infection rate,infection time,recovery time and Vancouver scar scale(VSS)scores between the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistically significant differences in CRP levels between the two groups before surgery,one day after surgery,and two days after surgery(P>0.05).CRP levels in the VSD group were lower than those in the control group at three,four and five days after surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The infection rate and VSS score of the VSD group were lower than those of the control group,and the infection time of the VSD group was longer than that of the control group,the recovery time of infected and uninfected individuals in the VSD group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VAD can reduce the infection rate,shorten recovery time,and reduce postoperative scar formation of pediatric limb dog bites.
